Sometimes it’s fun to have a party – just because.
Like, just because you like pizza.
And not just any old pizza, Papa Murphy’s pizza to be precise. Because you’re part of the Take and Bake Revolution – freeing yourself from those frozen and delivery excuses for food.
But if you’re having a “piz-zah” party, you need an apron.
And a hat.
And since it’s November, a mustache.
Or two.
And if there are girls at the pizza party, you need to have some pink moustaches.
If having girls in pink moustaches at your Papa Murphy’s pizza party wasn’t cute enough, you need to invite some toddlers.
With mustaches.
And to make sure everyone has exactly what they like, you’ll need to have Papa Murphy’s Mini-Murphs at the ready for all the hungry Movember 4 year olds.
And the “grown-ups.”
Some water to wash all the yummy cheesy goodness down.
And when they’ve eaten all the Papa Murphy’s pizza, you’ll want to have some chocolate moustaches. (Because one can never have too many moustaches. Especially during Movember.)
And a photo booth. So you can capture the fun properly.
And with photo bombs. Because no party photo is complete without a photo bomb.
Okay, a couple nice photos to show how much fun it was.
Special thanks to the Pizza prophets at Papa Murphys Pizza for sending a party in a box for our little Movember Mini-Murphs maniacs, complete with napkins, cups, plates,
aprons, hats…
and gift cards. Ever since we discovered Papa Murphy’s earlier this year, we’ve been raving fans. We love the fresh ingredients and the ability to make our pie exactly how we like (a la Subway-style). Not only is it the best (let me say that again so it sinks in) the best tasting pizza on the market, the Mini-Murph kits of dough with a do-it-yourself package of sauce, cheese and pepperoni (oh, and temporary tattoo) are a Princess Cupcake favorite. And I like that the pizza kits for kids only cost $3 each. Which makes it super reasonable for a kid’s pizza party.
Sum it up: The Mini-Murphs for the kids, the take and bake for the adults was a perfect low fuss party idea. Unless of course you’re my friend Sabrina who has to go and MAKE this:
She’s ah-mazing. She also made the oh so cute chocolate moustaches. And the photo booth. And found the adorable invitations. Oh right, and it’s in her gorgeous home.
So lesson learned here – to have a totally relaxed Sunday afternoon football on the TV kind of pizza party, call Papa Murhpys — and your friend Sabrina.
Thanks to all my great friends who came over to try Papa Murphy’s pizza . None of the Herb Chicken Mediterranean DeLITE, The Cowboy or the Gourmet Chicken Garlic pizzas were left, not even a crumb. And to my friend Sarah for helping take photos. What a fun afternoon!
Thank you Trista and Papa Murphy’s…it was so much fun!
