This post is in collaboration with Alli K Design.
I was provided a review copy of her newest book. All opinions are my own.
I met Alli at my favorite boutique. She was just a student back then, but it was clear that she had a flair for design and how it effortlessly married retail and display . We knew she was destined for a bigger stage. She began her lettering company, Alli K Design and quickly began pairing her works of art with beautiful custom floral drawings, all in black and white.
Next thing I knew, she was doing custom installations in the Kendra Scott store and then… she just took off like a rocket.
Her classes sell out. Her clothing line is gorgeous. She has even designed the wrap for a car and wall murals around town. Her podcast for creatives has a loyal following. She has an app. Basically, she’s blowing up and I couldn’t be more proud of her!
I was lucky enough to get a copy of her first book, Modern Florals, which I hesitantly reviewed because I am a horrible, horrible artist. A true testament to her talent, I learned how to draw flowers from that book. She’s that good!
Fast forward and Alli has just published her third book in time for the holidays. This one isn’t a how-to though, it’s literally a coloring book. While Alli’s artwork is all black and white, she provides the picture perfect lines. You provide the color in whatever palate rocks your world.
BLOOM has 30 perforated pages so after you complete your colors, you can easily tear it out and frame it (and trust me, you’ll want to!). There are even 2 velvet pages that you can color which, as Alli says, hides all your mistakes. 😉 I think she was talking to me.
Check out this gorgeous coloring book! It would make a great gift for a girlfriend, a tiny-artist or no-judgment, yourself. Below is a link to the book on Amazon.com but Alli is also giving away TWO copies during Blessings Week and you can enter for that below the video.
